Investors wanted for taking over an Entertainment Joint in Singapore (can be run as a middle-high to high end joint as compared to Lido Palace, Tian An Men, Las Vegas and Dynasty Nite Club). A KTV joint with foreign singers plus 28 rooms. The place can be in operation within weeks pending the entertainment license issued by the authorities. Total investment is estimated at about $1,000,000 SGD. Single investor or up to 5 individual small investors ($200,000 each) welcome. Operating and marketing proposal are prepared with previous operator�s financial statement during their operation. Please note that the previous operator did not end their operation due to financial problem but due to licensing conditions due to lack of professional supervision.
